Welcome to Photo Organizer ("App",
"Service", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or
using Photo Organizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do
not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Photo Organizer is a photo and media
management application that provides features such as:
l Photo organization and management
l Similar and duplicate photo detection
l Blurry photo detection
l Old photo organization
l Private album features
l Photo editing and doodling tools
l Media compression tools
l Contact organization tools
l Other related productivity features
Features may be modified, updated, suspended,
or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the
minimum age required by your local laws, to use the App.
By using the App, you represent that you meet
the applicable age requirements.
You agree to use the App only for lawful
purposes.
You are solely responsible for:
l The content stored on your device
l Any actions performed through the App
l Maintaining backups of important files and
media
You agree not to:
l Violate any applicable laws or regulations
l Attempt to interfere with the operation of the
App
l Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
except where permitted by law
l Use the App for fraudulent, harmful, or
unauthorized activities
The App may access photos, videos, contacts,
and other content stored on your device when permission is granted.
You retain all ownership rights to your
content.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your
photos and videos are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to
our servers.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that
you have the legal rights to access, manage, modify, or delete any content
processed through the App.
Certain features require access to device
permissions, including:

l Camera (if applicable)
l Contacts (if applicable)
You may revoke permissions at any time through
your device settings, although some features may no longer function properly.
The App may display advertisements.
Advertising content may be provided by
third-party advertising partners.
We are not responsible for the products,
services, or content offered by third-party advertisers.

available through paid purchases, subscriptions, or premium services in future
versions.
